- Leads and manage the procurement team at our Sri Lanka Location, ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of materials and services.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Manage key supplier relationships, including international vendors, to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets, stock levels, and lead times to minimize disruptions and excess inventory.
- Analyse market trends and conduct supplier benchmarking to drive procurement efficiency.
- Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favourable terms and long-term value.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and ethical procurement practices.
