Your Tasks

  • Handle internal visitor management system, and other necessary entry permits
  • Receive, greet and facilitate all local and foreign corporate visitors within factory
  • Coordinate and make necessary travel arrangements for inbound and outbound travel, visa,
    tickets and accommodation for corporate visitors and employee business visits
  • Facilitate corporate meetings by running point on agenda and other necessary arrangements
  • Coordinate employee benefit provisions, such as transport, meals, accommodation and insurance schemes
  • Liaise letters, packages, phone messages, calls and any other forms of corporate
    correspondence
  • Analyze employee related data, evaluate and report periodically and on demand
  • Organize and perform diversified office services
  • Assist and coordinate miscellaneous HR related activities to assess & improve employee
    engagement

Your Profile

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Personnel Administration, Business Administration or
    any related discipline
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a HR or Administration
  • Preferable knowledge in Personnel Administration and HR related tools
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
  • Ability to build trust and confidentiality
  • Proficient computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Initiative enthusiastic team player with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Knowledge of local labour laws will be an added advantage
