Your Tasks
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, Laptop, network printers, NVRs, and biometric devices
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Perform regular system updates, backups, recovery procedures, and patch management.
- Conduct daily checks and monitoring of surveillance systems
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi networks, resolving connectivity issues
- Ensure data and information security through the implemented tools in the organization
- Respond and resolve IT Help desk ticket requests within defined SLAs to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users, resolving software and hardware issues
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and system documentation
- Engage with external vendors and service providers when necessary
