Your Tasks

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, Laptop, network printers, NVRs, and biometric devices
  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, recovery procedures, and patch management.
  • Conduct daily checks and monitoring of surveillance systems
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi networks, resolving connectivity issues
  • Ensure data and information security through the implemented tools in the organization
  • Respond and resolve IT Help desk ticket requests within defined SLAs to minimize downtime
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users, resolving software and hardware issues
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and system documentation
  • Engage with external vendors and service providers when necessary

Your Profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux-based operating systems, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and above
  • Working experience with network devices and technologies, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments
  • Experience with patch management tools, database systems (MySQL,MSSQL)
  • Experience with IT helpdesk ticketing system for incidents and request management
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required to ensure continuous business operations
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
  • Fluent in Sinhala and Business English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web development technologies will be an added advantage
