Your Tasks

  • Design of injection molds, stamping tools and  xtures, including modi cations and improvements
  • Preparation of technical drawings, bill of material, instructions and speci cations
  • Optimization of existing production tools in cooperation with specialist departments
  • Creation of tool data sheets
  • Maintenance of documents for current operating resources
  • Participation of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) documents
  • Preparation of design and process feasibility studies
  • Creation of drafts/layouts for customer offers

Your Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of tool design and functionality of injection molds and progressive dies
  • Sound knowledge of injection molding and progressive die processes
  • Confident working with 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX
  • Confident working with a database structure, preferably Siemens Teamcenter
  • Profound knowledge in MS Of ce software such as MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Methodological competence & structured approach to problem analysis
  • A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skills
